I’m here with another Meet the Blogger! Today I will be doing a Q&A with Adrianna, the owner of For the Luv of Books. So here it is!
Tell us a bit about yourself?
A: I’m 25, a librarian, a wife, and a pet mom. I’m obsessed with Harry Potter, I love iced tea and my favorite food is apple pie 😉 I think Shakespeare was a genius, I collect classic books, and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz. I hate cheese, I’m scared of clowns, and To Kill a Mockingbird is my least favorite book of all time. Oh, and my favorite book ever is probably Pride and Prejudice. What can I say? I’m an old soul 🙂
How did you get into book blogging?
A: Well I read a lot, obviously, but I never really had anyone to talk to about books. No one I know loves reading as much as I do. So I figured why not start a blog so that I could voice my thoughts on books and maybe find people to talk to. It definitely worked and now some of my best friends are fellow bloggers that I’ve met through Twitter and other social media.
What is your favourite thing about your blog?
A: Hmmm definitely my recommendation posts. I feel like it’s a unique thing to do and it helps me stand out in the crowd.
Have you been inspired to blog by another blogger and/or Youtuber?
A: Yes! I was totally inspired by Jess from Peace Love Books. She’s a Youtuber who focuses solely on romance books. It made me realize that I didn’t have to just focus on YA books like so many other blogs and Youtubers. I could focus on any genre I wanted.
How do you decide what blog posts to do next?
A: Well I had a schedule, but I scrapped it because then I just felt pressured to write certain posts on certain days. Now I just go with the flow and write about whatever’s on my mind that day.
Do you look at other blogs to get inspiration for the content of your blog?
A: Never. I want my ideas and posts to be entirely my own.
Where would you like to see your blog at the end of this year?
A: Honestly I’d love to see it grow, but if it stays exactly where it is I’m happy with that too! But it would be cool to have my blog open some doors for me as far as being an influencer or maybe being apart of some panels about blogging or books. We’ll see!
If you could meet one author who would it be?
A: Definitely Chloe Walsh! I’m apart of her reader group on Facebook and she’s just a blast! It would be awesome to meet her in person some day.
What are your 3 top genres to read?
A: Romance, typically new adult, historical fiction, and thrillers. I do still read some YA, but I’m pulling away from that more. It’s so overdone as far as book blogging goes.
What book are you most excited about reading next?
A: Oh man right now anything by Rachel Van Dyken. I’m currently in love with her writing style!
What is the most recent favourite book you’ve read?
A: The Matchmaker’s Playbook by Rachel Van Dyken!
Do you have any hobbies outside of blogging/reading?
A: Puzzles, no joke I love to do puzzles! I’m such a cliche hahaha
That is the end of my Q&A with Adrianna from For the Luv of Books. Thank you to Adrianna for participating in this Q&A. It was very fun to do. Also, check out her blog, it looks amazing.
If you like what you see, don’t forget to hit the like button and follow button to get updates on when a new post appears. I post normally every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I hope you enjoy!

Wonderfull review! I’m so glad to “meet” another blogger that is okay with just going with the flow 🙂 I feel like so many bloggers put far too much pressure on themselves to stick to a schedule.
