MIA – what’s going on?

So over the past few weeks, I have been either posting a lot or not so much. I thought I should write a post about the things that are currently going on in my life that have taken its toll on my blogging and writing. So here is what has been keeping me MIA from everyone.

Holiday:

So last week I spent a lovely week away to Barcelona with my boyfriend. It was such a nice time to be away from everything that is in London. From my work, my course, and just experiencing a different country that is 1,000 miles away from home.

Even though I had the stress of having my purse robbed along with all of my cards, all of my books cards NOOOO!, and the stress of contacting my bank about it all, I still had a lot of fun. I would honestly love to go back!

Work:

So as it’s now the summer holidays and my work is gaining a lot more clients, my workload is getting crazy! Normally I write and schedule my blog posts within the working period whenever I had nothing to do. But now with the new additional work, I just can’t find the time where I can fit them in anymore.

Apprenticeship and Course Work:

If you didn’t know, I am doing an apprenticeship. If you live outside of the UK or if you have no idea what an apprenticeship is, here is a little brief description of what it is. An apprenticeship is where I have a full-time job (9-5 on weekdays) while also doing studying for a course. An apprenticeship is another option to do after college instead of going to university.

At the moment I am really behind on coursework due to some obstacles at the beginning of my apprenticeship and now having the effect of that. I’m spending most of my time now working and working on my coursework. I’m slowly losing my mind for doing these two tasks over and over again but I only have until September to finish it all. 

So what will happen now with blogging?

Honestly, I have no idea what is going to be happening to me over the next few months. With my apprenticeship coming so close to the end, all I know I will be having one major project at the end where I will focus a lot on it. Alongside that, I have my normal duties at work. My work can be very demanding, especially with working a lot of different clients wanting certain things out of their digital media marketing.

Due to all of this, I have no idea if I would have any time to do any blogs for you. Over the past 3 weeks have been very hard for me because I love creating and publishing content for you guys. But with the demands of my apprenticeship and work, I’m finding it quite hard to balance it all. Blogging is something I don’t wanna give it. I love talking to you guys and communicating with the whole community. Plus the whole escape feeling blogging creates for me, I love it. But now, only reading creates that escape feeling, and that has cut down so much lately due to all of this as well.

I will try and create at least one blog post per week until I feel more comfortable when I know I can publish more than one blog post per week for you guys. But I have no idea when or if that would happen before the end of October.

Please be patient with me as I go through this time. Once I have my apprenticeship completed. I will be coming back with a vengeance for the lack of blog posts. Thank you for understanding!
