Meet the Blogger – Buried in Books

I haven’t seen these sort of posts around, but when I saw George’s first one over on his blog, I knew I had to do one of these myself. I will be linking George’s blog at the end of this post and his Q&A he did with me over on his blog. 
Tell us a bit about yourself?

G: I’m an 18-year-old guy from England that likes to read, review and blog about books. 

How did you get into book blogging?

G: I first discovered the bookish world last year when I first got together with my girlfriend, I created a Goodreads account last year but only decided to create my own blog in January 2018.

Have you been inspired to blog by another blogger and/or Youtuber?

G: I was inspired by my girlfriend who is also a book blogger and reviewer, she encouraged me to make my own blog

How do you decide what blog posts to do next?

G: I struggle to come up with ideas for blog posts, I think it’s because I’m not the most creative person. Most of the time I ask friends for advice on what to do next.

Do you look at other blogs to get inspiration for the content of your blog?

G: I don’t usually look at blogs for inspiration but I do subscribe to quite a lot of blogs so probably pick up ideas here and there.

Where would you like to see your blog at the end of this year?

G: At the end of the year, I would like to reach 100 subscribers on my blog which would be amazing.

If you could meet one author who would it be?

G: If I could meet one author it would be Dmitry Glukhovsky the author of the Metro Series which is one of my favourite series. 

What are your 3 top genres to read?

G: My 3 favourite genres are Sci-fi, Fantasy, and YA. 

What book are you most excited about reading next?

G: The book I’m most excited to read next is Confessions by St. Augustine.
